NEW YEAR REJUVENATION YOGA RETREAT - 26 December 2010-2 January 2011

See in the New Year at the beautiful Ashiyana Yoga Centre in Mandrem, North Goa, India (www.ashiyana-yoga-goa.com). We will practise yoga in the early morning and late afternoon, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy - sunbathe, swim, relax on the beach, visit the local market, enjoy a massage... everything is possible in India! Food is local, organic, mainly vegetarian and simply delicious. After  a week you will be completely energised and ready to face the challenges of 2011.

This retreat is open to students of all levels.

Please fly to Goa Dabolim airport (airport code GOI). We can arrange a pick-up at the airport, price is INR 1200 one way to be paid to the driver. The transfer by car takes approximately 90 minutes.

Price is CHF 900 (EUR 650) per person and includes accommodation, 2 meals per day, all yoga sessions, an excursion to Anjuna flea market and excursion to fresh water lagoon in Arambol. Travel costs are not included.
